**This property has a two night minimum stay requirement 3/29/03-4/20/03, and a three minimum stay requirement 3/17/03-3/28/03, 6/13/03-6/16/03, 7/3/03-7/7/03 and 8/29/03-9/1/03.
All studios include a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room area, and your own private balcony. Bedding includes a queen size bed - units with an additional sleeper sofa are available upon request (please request at time of booking). Other amenities include one or more televisions with one VCR per unit, two-line telephone with voicemail and computer data ports, free Internet connections, complimentary terry robes in the closet, and other conveniences like a humidifier, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, nearby washing machines, and your first morning's coffee supply waiting for you in your kitchen!

617 Cooper St. Aspen, CO 81611 - From the Sardy Field Airport : Follow Highway 82 into Aspen. It turns into Main Street. Go through four stop lights and watch for Hunter Street. Turn right on Hunter, go three blocks and turn left on Cooper Street. The Aspen Square entrance is halfway down the block on the right. Cabs serve all arriving flights, and rental cars are available at the hotel.
