The Terracehouse Condominiums have undergone a $1.75 million renovation this past summer, featuring many wonderful improvements, including a new sidewalk system with heated walkways, new stair towers to front doors and new ski lockers. These luxurious condominiums are only 50 yards from the ski slopes and within walking distance to Snowmass Village Mall. Maid service is offered every other day. **This property requires a two-night minimum stay for arrivals between 5/27/04-11/24/04. A three-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 11/26/03-12/14/03 and 4/3/04-4/11/04. A four-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 1/3/04-4/2/04. A five-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 12/15/03-12/25/03.**
Each condominium has been redesigned with the comfort and enjoyment of guests in mind. The units have been extended to increase the size of the living rooms by 100 sqyare feet. Larger windows let in more light and frame beautiful views. The new entries, windows and doors open onto a freshly landscaped, park-like setting that complements the tranquil mountain surroundings. Other interior improvements include new carpet, paint, window treatments, furnishings, and cozy gas fireplaces. Western decor accents all of the condos. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffeemaker with complimentary coffee, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and toaster. Other amenities include an alarm clock radio, cable TV and VCR, CD player, direct-dial telephone, and iron and ironing board.

Guests must check in at The Silvertree Hotel, 100 Elbert Lane, Snowmass Village, CO - From the Aspen Airport: Turn left (North towards Glenwood Springs) onto Highway 82 and travel for approximately two miles. Turn left onto Brush Creek Road at the first traffic light, following signs toward Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area. Follow Brush Creek Road for approximately six miles. In Snowmass Village, you will pass a Conoco gas station on your right, and continue straight up the hill. At the top of the hill, the road forks. Stay on Brush Creek Road to the left, following the arrow on the "To Upper Village" sign. Take the next right turn onto Upper Snowmelt Road. Take the next left onto Elbert Lane. Continue to the end of the street to The Silvertree Hotel.
